Terms for Profile Operators and Advertisers on NIGHTY.cz

1. Platform operator

NIGHTY.cz is operated by MeyDey Foodworks s.r.o.. Contact email: info@nighty.cz. Company ID: 21986193. VAT ID: CZ21986193. Registered office: Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha.

2. Nature of the service

NIGHTY is an online profile, directory and classifieds platform for adults aged 18 and over.

Under the current basic model, creating and maintaining a profile is free, with no credits, recurring monthly fee or commission on services provided by the profile operator.

If paid additional services, highlighting or advertising are introduced in the future, their prices and specific conditions will be disclosed before ordering. Publication of these terms does not oblige users to purchase any paid service.

3. Registration and account

A profile may only be created by an adult aged 18 or over or by a person authorised to act for the business or person represented by the profile.

Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect their login credentials from misuse.

In justified cases, NIGHTY may request verification of age, identity or authority to manage a particular profile.

Users are responsible for activity carried out through their account unless they report its misuse without undue delay.

4. Profile content

Profile operators are responsible for all content they upload or supply for publication, including text, photographs, videos, prices, contact details, links, availability and offers.

Profile operators declare that:

• they are aged 18 or over;
• everyone depicted in erotic or sexually themed content is aged 18 or over;
• they have the right to publish the content and the necessary consent from the people depicted;
• published information is accurate and not intentionally misleading;
• the content does not infringe third-party rights or the law;
• they will not impersonate someone else or manage another person's profile without authorisation.

5. Photographs, videos and content rights

Videos may be uploaded to NIGHTY only as Stories. Profiles do not include a separate video gallery. Online creators may add image cards linking to specific videos on external platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly or HeroHero. Clicking a card opens the external platform; the linked video is neither uploaded to nor played on NIGHTY.

NIGHTY does not claim ownership of users' photographs, videos or text.

By submitting content, users confirm their right to use it and grant the NIGHTY operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to the extent necessary for technical storage, display, formatting, previews, promotion of that profile within the platform and normal operation of the service.

This licence lasts while the content is published and, to the necessary technical extent, for backups and handling legal or security incidents.

NIGHTY will not sell user content as its own work.

6. Prohibited content

In particular, users must not publish:

• content depicting or sexualising anyone under 18;
• content created without the depicted person's consent;
• covert or unauthorised intimate recordings;
• content promoting violence, rape, coercion, human trafficking or other non-consensual conduct;
• content offering or supporting criminal activity;
• threats, blackmail, hate or serious harassment;
• third-party personal data without a legal basis;
• fraudulent, fake or misleading profiles;
• malware, spam or content disrupting the platform;
• content infringing third-party intellectual-property rights;
• other content contrary to law or these terms.

7. Services and the customer relationship

NIGHTY only provides space for presentation and contact.

Any agreement between a profile operator and a visitor is made directly between them. NIGHTY is not a party, does not assume responsibility for performance, and does not set prices or specific conditions.

Profile operators are responsible for ensuring that their activities, offers, communications, tax and other obligations, and actual service provision comply with the law applicable where they operate.

8. Reviews and ratings

Profiles may have ratings, reviews, comments, reactions and view counts.

NIGHTY may moderate reviews and other user content. A profile operator cannot require removal of a truthful negative review solely because they disagree with it, but may report content that is false, unlawful or violates platform rules.

9. Moderation, restrictions and closure

NIGHTY may reject, hide, restrict or remove content, or request changes, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that it:

• violates the law;
• violates these terms;
• may endanger others or platform security;
• is clearly fraudulent, misleading or infringes another person's rights.

Serious or repeated cases may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

Where required by applicable law, the operator will inform the affected user of the reason for the measure and available means of redress.

10. Reporting content

Unlawful content or breaches of these terms may be reported using the report function where available, or to info@nighty.cz.

NIGHTY may request a specific URL or other precise identification of the content and an explanation of the reason for the report.

11. Closing a profile

Users may request account closure or profile removal through their account, where that function is available, or at info@nighty.cz.

Removal does not affect data that the operator must reasonably retain for a legal obligation, security, protection of legal claims or limited-duration backups.

12. Liability

NIGHTY does not guarantee a particular number of views, contacts or customers, or any commercial result.

Profile operators are responsible for their content and damage caused by infringing third-party rights or the law.

NIGHTY's liability cannot be excluded where mandatory law prohibits exclusion.

13. Changes

These terms may be reasonably updated, particularly following changes to platform features or legislation. The current version and its effective date will be published on NIGHTY.cz.

Hearts and weekly ranking

Effective 3 October 2026. Popularity rankings of profiles, clubs and businesses in categories and homepage selections use hearts received during the last 7 × 24 hours. This is a rolling window, not the previous calendar week. Each heart stops affecting the ranking after seven days. Ties favour more recently published profiles or businesses. Lifetime heart totals are retained; older hearts without a recorded timestamp are not included in the weekly ranking. Articles can receive hearts too, but remain listed newest first. Separate selections based on publication date or current availability are not affected.
