NIGHTY.cz Terms of Use for Visitors

1. Operator
The online platform NIGHTY.cz, available at https://www.nighty.cz ("NIGHTY" or the "platform"), is operated by:

These terms govern use of the platform by visitors and other people who browse published profiles and content.
2. Purpose and age limit
NIGHTY is a profile, directory and classifieds platform focused on content and offers intended for adults.
The platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By accessing it, users confirm that they have reached the age of 18 and that accessing this type of content is not prohibited where they are using the platform.
People under 18 must not use the platform.
3. NIGHTY's role
NIGHTY allows users and profile operators to publish presentations, photographs, Stories, contact details, availability, links to external services, price lists and other information.
Videos may be uploaded to NIGHTY only as Stories. Profiles do not include a separate video gallery. Online creators may add image cards linking to specific videos on external platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly or HeroHero. Clicking a card opens the external platform; the linked video is neither uploaded to nor played on NIGHTY.
NIGHTY does not provide the services offered by individual profiles, does not set their prices or conditions, and is not a party to any agreement between a visitor and a profile operator.
If a visitor contacts a profile operator or makes an agreement with them, that relationship exists solely between those parties. NIGHTY is not responsible for their conduct, quality, availability, prices, safety or fulfilment of obligations.
NIGHTY does not accept payments for services provided by individual profiles and does not act on their behalf.
4. Published information
Profile content is created or supplied by profile operators. NIGHTY may check some information or profiles, or mark them as verified. Such a label does not guarantee quality, good character, accuracy at the time of viewing or fulfilment of all obligations by any person.
Visitors must exercise their own judgement, protect their personal data and verify information they consider important before making contact.
5. Ratings, reviews, comments and interactions
NIGHTY may allow ratings, reviews, comments, reactions and likes.
Users must not publish content that is false, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, spam, or infringes another person's rights.
NIGHTY may moderate contributions before or after publication and remove or hide content that violates the law, these terms or the platform rules.
6. Prohibited use
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- use by anyone under 18;
- publishing, seeking or promoting child sexual abuse material;
- promoting human trafficking, coercion, violence, non-consensual sexual conduct or other criminal activity;
- harassing, threatening or blackmailing others;
- collecting or publishing another person's personal data without authorisation;
- disrupting the platform, bypassing security or using automation that places an unreasonable load on it;
- using the platform for unlawful conduct.
7. External links
Profiles may link to external websites and services, such as social networks or paid online-content platforms. NIGHTY does not operate those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or processing of personal data.
8. Availability and liability
NIGHTY aims to operate a functional and secure platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by outages, unavailability, third-party conduct, user-submitted content or use of information published on the platform.
This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under mandatory law.
9. Unlawful or objectionable content
Suspected unlawful content or breaches of these rules can be reported electronically to info@nighty.cz or through a report function where available for the relevant content.

10. Personal data and cookies
Information on personal-data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy. Information on cookies and similar technologies is provided in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
The operator may reasonably amend these terms, particularly following changes to platform features, legislation or security requirements. The current version and its effective date will always be published on NIGHTY.cz.
12. Applicable law
Use of the platform is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Hearts and weekly ranking
Effective 3 October 2026. Popularity rankings of profiles, clubs and businesses in categories and homepage selections use hearts received during the last 7 × 24 hours. This is a rolling window, not the previous calendar week. Each heart stops affecting the ranking after seven days. Ties favour more recently published profiles or businesses. Lifetime heart totals are retained; older hearts without a recorded timestamp are not included in the weekly ranking. Articles can receive hearts too, but remain listed newest first. Separate selections based on publication date or current availability are not affected.
