Content Rules and Reporting Unlawful Content on NIGHTY.cz

Effective from 6 September 2026

1. Purpose

These rules explain what content is permitted, how objectionable or unlawful content can be reported and how the operator may moderate it.

2. Prohibited content

NIGHTY must not contain content that:

• depicts, sexualises or otherwise sexually exploits a child or anyone under 18;
• supports or offers human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or non-consensual conduct;
• contains intimate material published without the depicted person's consent;
• contains credible threats of violence, blackmail or serious harassment;
• offers or supports other criminal activity;
• discloses third-party personal data without authorisation;
• infringes third-party intellectual-property rights;
• is fraudulent or impersonates another person;
• contains malware, phishing or other means intended to attack users or the platform;
• otherwise violates applicable law.

3. User responsibility

Users publishing content are responsible for being entitled to do so and for obtaining the necessary consent from everyone depicted.

Where there are doubts, NIGHTY may request verification of age, identity or permission to use the content.

4. Reporting unlawful content

Send a report to info@nighty.cz or use the report function where available.

For an accurate and timely assessment, a report should contain:

1. an explanation of why the reporter considers the content unlawful;
2. the exact electronic location, particularly the URL of the profile, photograph, video, review or other content;
3. the reporter's name and email address, unless a legal exception applies;
4. a statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete to the best of the reporter's knowledge.

In urgent cases involving an immediate risk to life or safety, also contact the appropriate authorities.

5. Handling reports

NIGHTY will assess reports without undue delay, taking account of their seriousness and the information available.

Depending on the circumstances, NIGHTY may:

• leave the content unchanged;
• request further information;
• temporarily hide the content;
• remove the content;
• restrict or close an account;
• take another proportionate measure;
• provide information to a competent authority where required by law or a binding decision.

Where the reporter provides an electronic contact address, NIGHTY will acknowledge receipt and inform them of the decision where required by law.

6. Informing the affected user

If NIGHTY restricts content or an account because it is unlawful or breaches the terms, it will provide the affected user with a clear explanation of the main reason and available means of redress, to the extent required by law.

7. Misuse of reporting

Repeated, manifestly unfounded or abusive reports may be restricted where permitted by applicable law.
